Levent Asanoski brings more than fifteen years leading finance and operations in companies across industries —manufacturing, agribusiness, retail and financial services— as finance director, Fractional CFO and advisor. Before working alongside other owners, he built and ran his own company for more than a decade: he knows the owner's chair because he has sat in it.
His master's is from the Acton School of Business, an entrepreneurship school where you learn by doing, not by opining. That's where his way of working comes from: he isn't interested in how things are said to be done, but in how they actually get done. He has built information and management-control systems from scratch, ordered plant costs, and turned operations into the few numbers an owner decides with. Above all, he likes to sit with the owner, listen to their business and solve things at their side — with trust and without jargon.
